This year’s conference theme of “displacement” asked what an anthropological perspective can offer analyses of migration, expulsion, political upheaval, environmental uncertainty and more. We heard in person from presenters Whitney Russell (University of California San Diego), Thalia Gigerenzer (Princeton University), and Megan Clark (Freelance Journalist and Counsel to Secure Justice).
